We offer standard & custom robotic work cells for many uses. Our robotic systems are used for automated assembly, automated testing, automated inspection, pick & place, automated dispensing and a variety of functions. XYZ gantry robots, high speed scara robots and highly flexible 6-axis articulated robot arm work cells are offered. Each work cell is semi-standard, requiring new end of arm tooling (end effectors, grippers, vacuum, etc) and some new programming to adapt to each new manufacturing process. We are able to reduce our robotic work cell price by utilizing previously developed software algorithms, graphical user interfaces, interface communication software (between robot controllers, system controllers, vision systems and other equipment). As a robot integrator and custom machine design firm, we specialize in robot integration, robot work cell development, specialized robotic systems development and custom work cells to address your manufacturing requirements. Systems may be fully automated (conveyor, indexer, bowl, gravity, stacker, tray or other feeding method), semi-automated (manual load), stand alone or benchtop.
