| SSI Robotics
develops and manufactures custom and standard automated labeling,
marking and printing machines for many industries.
Applications include labware identification (microtiter plate /
microplate labelers, vial, test tube and bottle marking systems, tray
identification, etc), medical device and package labelers, semiconductor
and electonics ID (wafer "bad die" marking, connector, circuit
board / CF / MMC / Dimm card and module labelers), pharmaceuticals,
consumer products and various automatic small parts marking systems and
labelers. Our
installed base includes 40 benchtop (bench top) and stand alone,
automatic labelers and marking machines.
Technologies
include inkjet (ink-jet) marking, laser marking, pad printing,
multi-color thermal transfer printing and others.
Options include bar code scanners and machine vision print quality
verification. Systems print bar codes (barcodes), graphics
and text. Our
labelers, laser markers, pad printers, inkjet printers and other marking
equipment and systems include automatic feeding mechanisms to transfer
parts to and from the marking area via stackers, conveyors, tray pick
and place systems, robots and other means. If you would like a

SSI Robotics offers highly flexible robotic
labeling cells capable of pick-and-place to and front trays and
conveyors, print and apply labeling, and laser or inkjet marking.
System generally include additional automation such as automated
assembly, inspection or packaging.
